Job Description

Compensation: $16.00/hr - $18/hr

Hours: 25 hours/week, 1st shift

Duties:

1. Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
2. Set up and adjust machine and equipment for production runs.
3. Clean, lubricate, and maintain machines to ensure optimal operation.
4. Troubleshoot issues and submit maintenance requests as needed.
5. Coordinate crew assignments and train new team members if applicable.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment that can be set up and operated following simple instructions, with the skill to operate the equipment.
• Skill to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation, such as maintaining machine records and creating identification labels.
• Ability to identify improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

Additional Information:

The national pay range for this role is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. The actual pay may vary based on location, education, skills, experience, performance, shift, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, commissions, or incentives.
