The City of Lewisville, TX is seeking a Part-Time Lifeguard to enforce safety rules and regulations, perform rescues, and assist guests with safety and welfare under the supervision of the Aquatic Supervisor. This role also involves reporting unsafe conditions to pool management and maintaining strong public relations with guests and staff.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least one year of lifeguard experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• One (1) year of lifeguard experience preferred.
• Upon hire, must obtain and maintain American Red Cross Waterpark Certificate, Lifeguard Certificate, CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid Certificate.

Responsabilités

• Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Perform rescues and provide aid as necessary both in and out of the pool.
• Report all questionable safety or potential disciplinary situations to pool management.
• Maintain good public relations with guests and staff.
