Job summary

One Vision is seeking a dependable Morning Lifeguard for the Clear Lake Wellness Center, with a 5:30 AM-12:00 PM shift. This part-time role emphasizes safety, customer service, and support for swim programs while keeping mornings active and afternoons free. You will monitor pools, assist with lessons, test water, and ensure clean facilities.

Training is provided, and background checks are required. Must be at least 16, and certification, CPR/First Aid training will be arranged; prior experience

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong swimming abilities: 300 yards freestyle and breaststroke.
• Treading water for 2 minutes without using hands.
• Retrieving a 10-pound object from 7-10 feet of water and returning it within required time standards.
• Willingness to complete Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid training.
• Previous experience working with or supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Must pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
