Job summary

Justice Resource Institute’s Evolution Independent Living program in the Boston area is seeking a Life Skills Coach (Part-time) to support youth aged 18-24 in independent living settings. You will provide case management, teach life skills, use ARC trauma-informed care, and work with clinical and admin teams to plan treatment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience working with older youth and mental health setting preferred.
Bilingual candidates encouraged (Spanish).
Active driver’s license required.
Background and driving record checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

Provide case management to youth to teach navigation of community resources.
Teach life skills including driving, medical appointments, budgeting, cooking, education, volunteering, job search.
Apply trauma-informed ARC framework in daily activities.
Collaborate with clinical and administration teams to support client treatment decisions.
