Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health is seeking a Part-Time Life Skills Coach to provide life-skills training to adults with mental illness in residential facilities. The role focuses on developing organizational, budgeting, shopping, and general life skills in a supportive setting.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of one year in a service role and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• One year experience in a service capacity (paid or unpaid) involving individuals is required.
• Basic knowledge of the Recovery Model preferred.
• Current driver's license and ability to transport others.

Responsibilities

• Provide life-skills training to adults with mental illness in residential facilities.
• Develop skills in organizational, budgeting, shopping, and general life skills.
• Support participants to build skills to live independently.
