Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking a Drop In Coach for Rediscovery Independent Living in Needham, MA. This part-time position offers 8-15 hours per week with a pay range of $21.00 to $25.00 per hour.

You will visit independent living apartments to help ensure residents follow program rules and maintain a safe living environment. The role requires a HS diploma, being 21+, driving license, and background checks.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with older at-risk youth and young adults (17-23 y.o.) preferred.
• Residential program or mental health program experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for individuals by dropping in to their independent apartment to help ensure program rule compliance.
• Maintain a safe independent living apartment by performing searches for contraband.
• Provide crisis management during visits with youth.
