Bridges by EPOCH at Andover is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to join our memory care community. This part-time role supports residents with engaging activities, enhances daily living, and collaborates with other departments as needed.

The position offers a Sunday through Friday weekend schedule with 22 hours per week and a competitive hourly wage. Responsibilities include implementing diverse programming, assisting residents, and completing required paperwork.

Qualifications

• Creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Experience in senior living and with dementia preferred.
• Must be willing to drive a large van.

Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.
