Job summary

Bridges by EPOCH at Nashua, a memory care assisted living community, is hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to enrich residents’ daily lives. Shifts are Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday 9:30am-5:30pm, and Tuesday 10:15am-6:15pm, totaling 22.5 hours per week.

The role requires dependability, excellent communication, and comfort working with seniors. The position involves leading diverse programming, supporting other departments as needed, and transporting residents on

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience in a customer-based senior living environment preferred.
• Some computer knowledge and strong customer service skills.
• Willing to transport/escort residents on community trips and able to drive a large van.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our activities programming department and help enrich the lives of our residents daily!

*PART-TIME, 9am-5pm Sunday, 9:30am-5:30pm Monday, 10:15am-6:15pm Tuesday (22.50 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• The Activities Assistant implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
• Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed. Completes required paperwork.

Qualification

• We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently. Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
• Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment.
• Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
• Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
• Must be able to drive a large van.
