Bridges by EPOCH at Andover is hiring a Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to create engaging programming for residents. Part-time role on Fridays, Saturdays, with a flexible third day, totaling about 22 hours per week.

Role involves leading activities, supporting other departments as needed, and transporting residents in a large van. Pay range is $17.00-$18.00 per hour with benefits for full-time staff and paid time off for holidays.

Qualifications

• Dependable, compassionate and outgoing; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Experience working with families in a senior living environment preferred.
• Experience in activities and with dementia preferred.
• Must be willing to transport residents and drive a large van.

Responsibilities

• Implements a wide array of programming for residents and keeps them engaged.
• Provide flexible support in other departments as needed; completes required paperwork.
