Job summary

WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking an Activities Aide to deliver and lead life enrichment programs. You’ll promote hospitality, assist groups and individuals, and help transport guests to activities. The role supports meaningful engagement for residents and requires a caring, team‑oriented approach.

The position is part-time with weekend availability, offering starting pay of $16.00 per hour plus hero pay and annual wage increases. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related experience in long term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.
• Assist and lead group and one-on-one life enrichment programs.
• Encourage attendance and transport to life enrichment programs.
• Evaluate patients according to interests and needs for meaningful programs.
• Develop and display thematic and holiday decorations.
