Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a part-time position at our Back Bay, Boston location. The role offers a 24-hour weekly schedule with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible internal candidates, and a hybrid schedule may be available.

Salary will be prorated for 24 hours/week based on experience. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive behavioral health assessments, psychotherapy, and care coordination within the Behavioral

Qualifications

• MSW from an accredited program is required.
• Massachusetts LICSW licensure is required.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience in a medical setting is required.
• 3–5 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients seeking behavioral health services.
• Intake assessment.
• Conducts diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
• Formulates diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Provides assessments when abuse is suspected.
• Delivers psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions.
• Collaborates with Behavioral Health Team and Primary Care.
• Maintains timely documentation in patient records.
• Attends team and departmental meetings.
