Job summary

The General Hospital Corporation in Boston’s Back Bay seeks a part-time LICSW to join our Behavioral Health team. This 24-hour-per-week position offers a hybrid schedule and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible non-MGB employees, with salary pro-rated for part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s of Social Work (MSW) required w/licensure to practice in MA.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in medical settings; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen patients requesting behavioral health services and perform intake assessments.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop DSM-based treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy, crisis intervention and short-term behavioral health care.
• Collaborate with Behavioral Health Team and Primary Care providers.
• Maintain clinical documentation and participate in team meetings.
