Mass General Brigham is seeking a part-time LICSW in Back Bay Boston to provide psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based behavioral health services within an Internal Medicine and Pediatric primary care setting.

The clinician will collaborate with Mental Health colleagues, participate in team meetings, maintain documentation, and support patient education. Hybrid schedule offered; 24 hours per week with pay pro-rated per 24 hours, sign-on bonus discussed.

Formación

• MSW from an accredited program is required.
• Massachusetts LICSW license required.
• 2–3 years clinical experience in a medical setting, 3–5 preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Culturally competent and able to work with diverse patient populations.

Responsabilidades

• Screens patients requesting behavioral health services.
• Conducts intake assessments.
• Develops DSM-based diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Provides psychotherapy and psychosocial counseling.
• Collaborates with Behavioral Health Team and Primary Care.
• Documents in patient records and schedules information.
