Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited program.
• State professional LICSW license is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services to residents in nursing facilities and long‑term care settings.
• Complete psychosocial (initial) assessments and provide individual and group therapy.
• Develop behavior plans and recommend interventions to facility staff.
• Enter patient information and clinical documentation in the EMR system.
