Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a part-time Social Worker (LICSW) for Back Bay Boston, providing clinical services in an integrated primary care setting. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on for eligible non-MGB employees with a hybrid schedule and a 24-hour-per-week commitment.

Responsibilities include psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with the Behavioral Health Team and primary care providers. Licensure in MA as LICSW is required.

Qualifications

• Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required.
• Massachusetts LICSW required.
• Clinical Experience in a medical setting 2-3 years required, 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership and knowledge of health care system.
• Strong assessment and treatment skills.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients seeking behavioral health services and intake assessment.
• Conducts diagnostic evaluations and develops treatment plans.
• Provides psychotherapy and psychosocial interventions.
• Collaborates with Behavioral Health Team and Primary Care.
• Maintains medical records and documentation.
• Promotes culturally sensitive care.
