Job summary

Psych Associates is seeking a part-time licensed therapist to provide outpatient counseling during evenings and Saturdays in our Springfield office. This role offers flexible scheduling and a path to expand from school-based work into private-practice care.

We provide furnished office space, administrative and scheduling support, and a strong referral stream to enable clinicians to focus on high-quality clinical care. Missouri licensure or eligibility is required for this private-pay practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Dependability and consistent availability.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Interest in developing and maintaining a part-time caseload.
• Ability to provide in-person services at our Springfield office.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-informed outpatient psychotherapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and review patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with families, schools, physicians, and other professionals when clinically appropriate and properly authorized.
• Manage safety concerns and mandated-reporting responsibilities appropriately.
• Maintain professional and ethical boundaries.
• Offer a dependable schedule that includes evenings and/or Saturdays.
