Psych Associates is a private-pay behavioral health practice in the Springfield area seeking a skilled, dependable therapist to build a strong caseload within a collaborative group setting.

The clinician will have an immediate referral stream, furnished office space, scheduling and billing support, and the opportunity to maintain an approximately 30 clinical hours per week. Compensation is production-based at 50% of collected fees.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field.
• Current Missouri license or immediate eligibility for Missouri licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist, or other independently practicing behavioral health professional.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care.
• Ability to maintain organized, timely, and clinically appropriate documentation.
• Dependability and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team.
• Comfort working in a private-pay setting.
• Ability and desire to maintain an active caseload.
• Availability for some evening and/or Saturday appointments.

Psych Associates is an established private-pay behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in the Springfield area. We are committed to providing thoughtful, individualized psychotherapy in a professional and supportive setting.

We are seeking a skilled, dependable therapist who wants to build a strong caseload while practicing in a collaborative group environment. Psych Associates provides referrals, furnished office space, administrative infrastructure, scheduling assistance, and billing support so clinicians can focus primarily on excellent patient care.

The clinician joining our practice will have an immediate referral opportunity and support developing a sustainable caseload. This position is designed for a therapist who wants approximately 30 clinical hours per week and is willing to offer some appointments during high-demand hours.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide evidence-informed outpatient psychotherapy
• Develop individualized treatment plans and review progress regularly

We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, families, or couples, although qualified applicants with other areas of specialization are encouraged to apply.

The right person is warm, clinically capable, accountable, and motivated. This position is best suited for someone who wants to become an established and productive member of a respected private practice.

This is a full-time W-2 position with production-based compensation equal to 50% of collected professional fees. At our current private-pay rate of $150 per session, a clinician completing 30 sessions per week for 50 weeks would earn approximately $112,500 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on completed sessions, collections, cancellations, and time away from the practice.
