Verge Therapy is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Clinician to provide therapy for children, teens, adults, couples and families on Saturdays and Sundays in our MA offices. The role focuses on weekend access and compensates for both clinical and administrative work within approved policies.

The ideal candidate holds a MA license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or is eligible to practice under supervision, with experience with families and diverse youth.

Qualifications

• Master's or higher in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligible to practice under supervision.
• Bilingual abilities in Spanish, Portuguese, or Cape Verdean Creole are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, child, adolescent and family therapy on Saturdays and Sundays within MA licensure or status.
• Carry a weekend-only caseload with no weekday clients.
• Complete documentation and clinical work on time per Verge standards.
• Participate in required clinical supervision and weekend safety coverage protocols.
• Comply with Verge policies and MA and federal requirements for practice, documentation, confidentiality, and billing.
