Job summary

Verge Therapy LLC is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Clinician to provide therapy for children, teens, adults and families on Saturdays and Sundays. Work in offices across MA and maintain a weekend-only caseload while handling required documentation on time.

A Master’s degree in a relevant field and a MA clinical license or supervisory eligibility are required, with reliability and flexible weekend availability highly valued. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT) or eligibility to practice under supervision.
• Experience with children, adolescents and families; bilingual skills a plus.
• Reliability and ability to schedule weekend hours around families.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, child, adolescent and family therapy on Saturdays and Sundays within MA license scope.
• Carry a weekend-only caseload with no weekday clients.
• Complete documentation and administrative work on time per Verge standards.
• Participate in required clinical supervision and weekend safety protocols.
• Comply with clinical, confidentiality, billing and supervision requirements.
