The role supports a day program with 8-hour day shifts and no weekends, contributing to comprehensive mental health and addiction care. Responsibilities include assessment and treatment planning, documenting progress, coordinating with community providers, and ensuring effective discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MN/WI) or related license on hire, depending on state.
• MN DHS Mental Health Professional qualifications per MN § 245I.
• 2–5 years licensed practice (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Assessment/reassessment for clients and progress.
• Develop treatment plans per department process.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy as identified.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals when appropriate.
