Qualifications
- Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field.
Responsibilities
- Performs initial clinical assessment and diagnostic assessments.
- Provides individual, family and group therapy per treatment plan.
- Completes treatment plans and documents progress for regular reviews.
- Coordinates discharge planning and referrals to other providers.
