Job summary

Allina Health is seeking a Mental Health Therapist for Cambridge Medical Center in Minnesota. The role focuses on adolescent partial hospital, day treatment and intensive outpatient services, on-site, Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week.

Responsibilities include individual, group and family therapy, assessments, treatment planning and care coordination within a multidisciplinary team to deliver culturally responsive behavioral health care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, family therapy, social work or counseling related field.
• MN DHS Mental Health Professional Defined Qualifications: MN 245I.04, Subd 2-3.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapy and clinical support in PHP, Day Treatment, and IOP settings including individual, group and family therapy
• Working with adolescent populations
• Completing assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and care coordination
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including, but not limited to, psychiatry, nursing and other therapists
• Supporting patient-centered, culturally responsive behavioral health care
