Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred (0–2 years in Home Care/acute care)
• Licensed Physical Therapist by MN Board; BLS certification required (AHA/Red Cross) or Allina in-house training

Responsibilities

• Provides Physical Therapy treatment and education to clients.
• Initiates assessment of client per diagnosis and plans care.
• Case management and coordination with interdisciplinary team.
