Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations and payer requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care models.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data-driven decision-making.
• Training in supervision models, such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency-based supervision.
• Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and outcome-based service delivery.
• Hold a Pennsylvania professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)) and have at least 5 years post master's experience in a human service or other related field (Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Clinical field).

Responsibilities
