Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ACT/FACT/CTT programs, including on-site supervision and monitoring of program processes.
• Conduct observation and supervision of program operations and report on accreditation-related processes.
• Perform quarterly on-site supervision to monitor state, program, or accreditation requirements; provide staff development.
• Document all monitoring and supervision; review with Regional and Executive Directors.
• Assist programs with audits and admissions assessments; provide clinical consultation as needed.
• Back up Regional Director when supervisory staff are absent and assist with admissions/authorizations.
• Review and update behavioral health procedures and SOP manuals.
• Travel to regions within the area to support locations.

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor l to join our team in our Lafayette, LA location.

Earn: $92,000/year + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination of treatment.

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ACT/FACT/CTT programs, to include on site supervision of program operation, monitoring, and review of program processes.
• Conduct observation and detailed supervision of program specific operations (e.g., monitoring and providing report on accreditation required process within program)
• Conduct quarterly on-site supervision tool for each program, to include monitoring of any state, program, or accreditation requirement. Provide clinical supervision and skill building to supervisory staff of behavioral health programs.
• Documentation of all monitoring and supervision, and ongoing review with Regional and Executive Directors
• Assist programs with preparation of routine audits, both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide clinical consultation to supervisory and/or program staff as needed with instruction from Executive Director.
• This consultation could be related to service provision or staffing related issue.
• Assist as back up to Regional Director if program supervisory staff is scheduled off or if supervisory position is open.
• Assist as back up to complete assessments required for admission or authorization for all behavioral health programs.
• Assist with review and completion of behavioral health program procedures and standard operating process manuals.
• Travel to locations within the Region.
• Any other duties necessary for the effective operation of program locations.
