Merakey is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical care and coordination of treatment at our Lafayette, LA location. The role includes on-site supervision of ACT/FACT/CTT programs and supervising staff to ensure quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate holds LPC or LCSW, has supervisory experience, and understands severe mental illness and recovery-oriented services. Travel within the region is required, with a generous benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ACT/FACT/CTT programs, including on-site supervision of program operation, monitoring, and review of processes.
• Conduct observation and detailed supervision of program operations, including accreditation related reporting.
• Perform quarterly on-site supervision tools for each program and supervise staff development.
• Document monitoring and supervision and review with Regional and Executive Directors.
• Assist with preparation of routine audits for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical consultation to supervisory/program staff as instructed by the Executive Director; advise on service delivery and staffing issues.
• Back up Regional Director when supervision staff is off or a position is open.
• Assist with completing admissions/authorization assessments for behavioral health programs.
• Review and finalize program procedures and standard operating manuals.
• Travel to locations within the Region.
• Perform any other duties necessary for effective program operation.

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination of treatment.

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ACT/FACT/CTT programs, to include on site supervision of program operation, monitoring, and review of program processes.
• Conduct observation and detailed supervision of program specific operations (e.g., monitoring and providing report on accreditation required process within program)
• Conduct quarterly on-site supervision tool for each program, to include monitoring of any state, program, or accreditation requirement. Provide clinical supervision and skill building to supervisory staff of behavioral health programs.
• Documentation of all monitoring and supervision, and ongoing review with Regional and Executive Directors
• Assist programs with preparation of routine audits, both internal and external stakeholders
• Provide clinical consultation to supervisory and/or program staff as needed with instruction from Executive Director.
• This consultation could be related to service provision or staffing related issue.
• Assist as back up to Regional Director if program supervisory staff is scheduled off or if supervisory position is open.
• Assist as back up to complete assessments required for admission or authorization for all behavioral health programs.
• Assist with review and completion of behavioral health program procedures and standard operating process manuals.
• Travel to locations within the Region.
• Any other duties necessary for the effective operation of program locations.
