Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to join our team on site at Philadelphia, PA. The role involves providing clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to licensed clinicians and interns to ensure delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.

The position is 20 hours per week with an hourly rate range of $30.00-$33.95. Responsibilities include licensure supervision, intern supervision, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and organizational

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations.
Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care.
Experience with behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care.
Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data-driven decision making.
Training in supervision models such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency-based supervision.
Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, metrics, and outcome-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

This role provides clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to licensed clinicians, pre-licensed professionals, and interns to ensure high-quality, ethical, evidence-based behavioral health services.
Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations and accreditation standards while supporting staff in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and risk management.
