The role requires PA licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), at least 5 years post-master's experience in counseling, social work or related clinical field, and a 20-hour workweek with pay range $30.00–$33.95 per hour.

• Training in supervision models such as reflective/developmental/competency‑based supervision.
• Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensure supervision, intern supervision, clinical consultation.
• Support staff in clinical decision‑making, treatment planning, documentation review.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards.
