• Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care.
• Experience with behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care.
• Proficient with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data-driven decision making.
• Training in supervision models such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency-based supervision.
• Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, metrics, and outcome-based service delivery.

Responsibilities

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of PA OMHSAS Chapter 5200 regulations and payer requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices, including Evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma‑informed care).
• Knowledge of behavioral health systems, community resources, and interdisciplinary care models.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Training in supervision models , such as reflective supervision, developmental supervision, or competency‑based supervision.
• Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks, performance metrics, and outcome‑based service delivery.

Hold a Pennsylvania professional license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)) and have at least 5 years post master's experience in a human service or other related field ( Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related Clinical field) .
