Job summary

Tarrant County College’s Trinity River Campus seeks a part-time Specialist, Library to support circulation and help users access library resources. You will assist students, faculty and staff, maintain records, and help ensure smooth library operations.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and related experience. It includes evening and Saturday shifts, with a maximum of 19.5 hours per week and no remote work eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience.
• Associate's degree or sixty college hours preferred.
• Experience in a public, school, or academic library is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs circulation tasks and manages library materials.
• Provides customer service to students, faculty and staff.
• Maintains circulation records and generates reports as needed.
• Organizes reserve items and assists with database and resource searches.
• Operates automated circulation systems and shelving duties.
