Job summary

Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking a Specialist, Library for the South Campus. You will provide circulation services, assist students, faculty and staff with resources, and contribute to efficient library operations.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling across fall, spring and summer semesters, 40 hours per week, and on-site work with no remote option. High school diploma or GED is required, with preferred associate degree or 60 college hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; education may substitute experience.
• Associate degree or 60 college hours preferred.
• Experience in a community college library is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulation services and assist users with library resources.
• Maintain circulation records and reports.
• Organize reserve items and shelving.
• Answer questions or refer to librarian as appropriate.
• Operate automated circulation systems and databases.
