Job summary

Addison Public Library's Community Engagement Department is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and creative individual to deliver excellent customer service to patrons in our diverse community. Your focus will be to engage with patrons outside of the library at facilities such as the senior living complex, parks, and local businesses to provide library services to people unable to visit the library.

Qualifications

• Education: LTA or bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to patrons outside the library at senior living facilities, parks, and local businesses.
• Engage with diverse community members and connect them to library resources.
• Collaborate on special projects, assist with programming, and participate on library-wide committees.
