Responsibilities

• Sorts and shelves returned materials in proper designated areas.
• Searches and locates materials per request lists.
• Collects materials from book drop and prepares them for re-shelving.
• Provides basic customer service and answers directional questions.
• Prepares meeting rooms and ensures needed equipment is in place.
• Rotates dated newspapers and periodicals.
• Flags materials for repair or processing and clears walkways of snow and ice as needed.
