Majestic Photobooth is seeking a part-time Legal Operations & Risk Specialist in Nashville (HQ). The role is hourly and supports Finance & Business Operations through contract administration, risk management, insurance coordination, IP protection, and compliance workflows.

You will own contract workflows, maintain templates, monitor renewals, and ensure proper documentation across venues, vendors, and partnerships. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, law, or risk management.
• 3–6 years in legal operations, contract administration, or risk/compliance roles.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements and coordinating with outside counsel is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee contract administration, risk management, insurance coordination, IP protection, and compliance workflows.
• Manage contract intake, routing, templates, clause libraries, and renewal tracking.
• Coordinate COIs, insurance processes, and maintain organized documentation for leadership and finance.
