Majestic Photobooth in Nashville (HQ) is seeking a Field Operations Associate to deliver exceptional photobooth experiences at events and venues nationwide.

You’ll own booth setup and breakdown, long‑term venue visits, and real‑time troubleshooting, traveling locally to different locations while keeping equipment brand‑ready.

This hands‑on role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and customer interaction in a fast‑moving team as we scale our national footprint.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, technical support, field operations, or related environments preferred.
• Experience setting up equipment, technology, or event activations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations.
• Long‑term venue booth installations and service visits.
• Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Real‑time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Guest experience and on‑site customer support.
• Post‑event reporting and operational feedback.
• Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy.
• Representing the Majestic brand in the field.
