Job summary

Majestic Photobooth in Nashville (HQ) is seeking a Brand Experience Lead to design and manage brand experiences, community programming, and activation of Majestic spaces. This role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Leadership to deliver premium experiences that reflect the brand.

The position involves 15–25% travel, some weekend availability, and a highly autonomous workflow focused on memorable events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in experiential marketing, brand marketing, hospitality marketing, event marketing, or community building.
• Proven track record launching and activating hospitality/showroom spaces and events.
• Experience developing new programs, events, or community initiatives from concept to execution.
• Experience sourcing and managing vendors, venues, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Concept, plan, and execute Majestic-hosted experiences to strengthen the brand and community.
• Produce networking events, parties, workshops, and brand activations across venues.
• Develop concepts, guest strategies, timelines, and run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate sponsorships, conferences, and activation opportunities.
• Manage budgets, vendors, venues, staffing, and logistics to reflect premium standards.
