Job summary

University Partners is seeking a Leasing Consultant to interface with prospective residents, handle day-to-day issues, and coordinate lease renewals. You will conduct tours, process applications, and ensure high-quality service in a competitive market.

The role requires strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills, with emphasis on Fair Housing standards and accurate lease documentation. Evening/weekend shifts may be required in a fast-paced community setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; or High School diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of leasing operations and Fair Housing standards.
• Ability to perform daily marketing and leasing tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Effectively lease apartments in accordance with occupancy goals.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Conduct outside marketing under the direction of the Assistant Manager and the Community Manager.
