CTL MANAGEMENT, INC. seeks a Part Time Leasing Consultant for Saturday, Sunday and Monday shifts on-site in Portland, OR. You will lease apartments, tour properties, qualify prospects, and process applications while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

This non-exempt role includes administrative duties, move-in/out paperwork, and coordinating with the Property Manager to meet leasing goals. Prior multifamily or sales experience is preferred; valid driver's license and reliable

Qualifications

• One year or more experience in multifamily property management or general sales or customer service is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English competently.
• Possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lease apartments and meet leasing performance metrics.
• Show available units and conduct tours for prospects.
• Process applications including verification of income and rental history.
• Prepare rental agreements and move-in/move-out paperwork.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to meet leasing goals.
