You will manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to maintain high occupancy while delivering a positive resident experience. This role requires weekend availability and a passion for real estate and customer care.

• Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing benefits.
• Be the subject expert on the product, the property, and the local neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects
• Lease apartment homes by creating relationships and showcasing the benefits of living at a The Collier Companies community
• Always be closing – over the phone, through email, and in person
• Generate leads by follow up on the phone & through email
• Create & implement promotional programs, including online advertising and events
• Contribute to occupancy by renewing leases
• Maintain accurate resident files
• Weekends required, as needed
