Job summary

Rookwood Properties is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Cincinnati, OH. You will be the primary contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the application and leasing process from inquiry to move-in.

The role requires Saturdays, and up to 25 hours per week, with compensation of $16–$20/hr plus commissions. Strong customer service and sales skills are essential, and you can work around your availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, leasing, property management, or sales-oriented customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are required.
• A valid driver's license is required with satisfactory background and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Tenant relations: deliver outstanding service to prospective and current residents via phone, email and in person.
• Sales and marketing: conduct property tours and use channels to market units and achieve occupancy goals.
• Administrative duties: process applications, run background checks, prepare leases and maintain records.
• Property operations: coordinate move-in/out inspections and log maintenance requests.
