Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented, possess strong sales skills, and have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in retail, leasing, property management, or sales-oriented customer service roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Tenant relations: deliver outstanding customer service to potential residents via phone, email, and in-person.
• Sales and marketing: conduct property tours and market available units to achieve occupancy goals.
• Administrative duties: process rental applications, conduct credit/background checks, and prepare lease documents accurately.
• Property operations: coordinate move‑in/out inspections and ensure units are market-ready.
