Job summary

Dominium is seeking a part-time Leasing Consultant for Oak Meadows in Cocoa, FL. You will engage with prospective residents by phone, email, and in person to present units, build rapport, and move applications forward.

The role requires adherence to Fair Housing guidelines and accurate data entry in the PMS. Responsibilities include tours, follow-up with prospects, and assisting with applications while supporting marketing activities and events to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person.
• Present available units and close leases per company standards.
• Conduct property tours and ensure homes are clean and presentable.
• Maintain knowledge of local amenities and schools to share with prospects.
• Complete guest cards and accurately enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Assist customers with completing applications for affordable housing eligibility.
• Support marketing activities and occupancy goals.
• Coordinate community events and resident retention efforts.
