Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Enclave at Pine Oaks, a 228-unit community in Deland, FL. You will engage prospects by phone, email, text, and in person, present available units, and strive to close leases following company standards.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, familiarity with Yardi PMS, and effective communication; evening and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse customers and situations.
• Basic math skills for rent calculations, deposits, fees, etc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends, including 7 days as needed.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person; provide property tours.
• Present units, close leases, and follow up with prospects.
• Ensure homes are clean and presentable for tours; maintain tour path.
• Know property features and local amenities; communicate effectively to prospects.
• Complete Fair Housing compliant documentation and enter data in Yardi PMS.
• Guide customers through the application process and collect eligibility documents.
• Participate in off-site marketing and occupancy-building activities.
• Support events, retention efforts, and supervisor projects.
