Job summary

Dominium, a leader in affordable housing, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Sunrise Pointe, a 208-unit community in Port Orange, FL. You will engage with prospective residents by phone, in person, and online, present properties, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

Build rapport, adhere to Fair Housing, and maintain professional presentation. You will tour properties, provide accurate information on local amenities, complete applications, and support marketing initiatives to reach

Qualifications

High School or equivalent education; sales or customer service experience preferred.
Effective verbal and written English communication.
Ability to work evenings and weekends; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective residents via phone, email, text, and in person.
Present available units, close leases, and conduct timely follow-up with prospects.
Inspect and prepare homes for tours to ensure they are clean and presentable.
Maintain familiarity with local amenities to communicate these effectively to prospects.
Enter data in Yardi PMS and assist customers with applications per policy.
Support off-site marketing activities to drive occupancy goals.
Assist with resident retention efforts and other projects as assigned.
