A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management preferred but not required.
• Affordable housing experience preferred but not required.
• Must possess authentic and genuine care of others with a strong desire to impact positive change in our residents' lives.
• Strong work ethic with willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Must be a proficient communicator and listener.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for our residents, vendors, community partners, investors, and owners.
• Support resident services and help achieve high occupancy targets.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance standards.
• Assist Community Manager with reporting and daily accounting functions.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and housing program requirements (LIHTC).
