The Annex Group is seeking a Leasing Agent to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our mission, ensuring compliance with housing laws and programs. You will assist the Community Manager, manage resident relations, and help maintain occupancy targets while upholding budget guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office environment, with duties including daily accounting support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or affordable housing is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and social media; able to use other job-related tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent experiences for residents, vendors, partners, investors, and owners.
• Support resident services and resources to positively impact lives.
• Maintain curb appeal and property appearance standards.
• Assist Community Manager to meet occupancy budgets and property budgets.
• Follow housing program requirements including LIHTC rules and reporting.
• Process daily accounting functions (accounts receivable/payable) and document reporting.
