Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, a genuine care for residents, and a proactive, independent work style in a fast-paced office setting. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager to meet occupancy and budget goals.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal to a high standard.
• Complete internal/external reporting and daily accounting tasks as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies.
