Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects and maintain positive resident relations.
• Process applications, leases, and deposits according to company policy and Fair Housing requirements.
• Maintain resident files, collect payments, and input data into Yardi system.
• Assist in resident retention, renewals, and events as directed by Community Manager.
• Ensure property is market-ready and coordinate with maintenance and management.
