Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Marketing the community and generating leasing leads.
• Conducting tours and presenting floor plans to prospects.
• Processing lease applications and preparing contracts.
• Inspecting units and maintaining accurate records in the PM software.
• Responding to emails, voicemails, and texts promptly.
• Assisting with Move In/Move Out inspections and related paperwork.
