The role requires strong customer service, sales ability, and organizational skills. You will work with a diverse group of residents, maintain leasing records, and collaborate with the Community Manager to meet property goals.

Aufgaben

• Market the community and respond to leasing inquiries and leads.
• Tour prospects of vacant or model units and common areas.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Log prospect information into the property management software and respond to emails/voicemails/texts.
• Assist with move-ins, lease renewals, and post notices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
